I cannot believe SQ will only put 170 seats on the 900ULR for JFK-SIN. Surely that metal tube can do better? I was thinking 250ish.

At least in the US both 190 and 195 need to flown by mainline pilots as they exceed scope clauses. So they are mainline jets.

I have guesstimated that a list price for a 5000nm, 240 (12J/228Y) pax A322 would be in the range of $185MMish. Not suré this would cannibalize/nibble at the 330s.

DY lost their case in court that claimed they were not the employers of the pilots that OSM Aviation was. They also had to pay a pilot 500K NOK because he was injured on the job. DY is studying appeals.
