Didn't check all the replies above, but I flew ZNZ-DAR in Tanzania recently, which is a 15 min hop of 45 miles. It's oeprated by Precision Air (which is by the way the crappiest airline ever!)

BA has done very well in 2004. But Net profit is a poor measurement when you combine it with 'most profitable'.
