I’ve noticed that from May 2024, BA will serve NCE from London Heathrow, Gatwick, City and Stansted.

Well, as of today it seems their flights are bookable again - some right up until the end of March 2025! Not sure what that was all about… must have been a lot of changes to the schedules.

I just found it strange because bookings for after October 2024 have been available for a while now (back in December I made a Ryanair booking for late November 2024) - which shows as a perfectly fine booking in the Ryanair app but is no longer a bookable flight.

I get what is being asked here. For lots of other airlines, flight “FR1005” (example) is always a morning flight from London Stansted to Bucharest. I guess that if a brand refresh is coming, it just didn’t make sense to paint brand new aircraft in the full, old colourscheme. Sort of like BA did many years ago when they introduced the first version of World Tails.

This year so far…

Best = Klasjet (a 737-300 business jet leased in to cover an Eastern Airways ATR72 flight).

Worst = WizzAir. To be fair there was absolutely nothing wrong with the flights at all - I just resent the seat assignment fee being significantly more expensive than the tickets themselves!
