Hahaha, if I were given a pee-covered seat the crew would be given a single-fingered salute.
I would think that crews onboard would be responsible for messes like that. That's a biohazard, and I can't imagine them letting it sit there. That needs to be cleaned up properly and quick.

FedEx holds a lottery for its employees. If an employee wins, that employee's child has an aircraft named after him/her. Each winning child receives a nice little certificate that tells all about "their" airplane, how it performs, where it goes, etc.
