Does anyone with knowledge of the HAS know if Mario Diaz has tried to recruit another Latin American carrier to serve IAH? I could see either AV or LA trying to connect IAH with their hubs in BOG or SCL. Currently, if you don't fly UA to South America, you are flying to MIA, or back-tracking to DFW...

Looks like Avianca could start its own IAH-BOG flight(It has been rumored here before), and hopefully UA will add IAH-CLO/ Medellin, and maybe Cali.

From what I can see, loads look to be around ~61% so far.......not the best Maybe a few one-off flights, but overall average loads are much much stronger than that. Well this is the rolling officially reported load factor data with the six month lag: JAN - 68.4% FEB - 59.0% MAR - 54.4% APR - 54.1% ...

I know that IAH-SYD was started up back in January, However, I have a question on how the flight is performing. I have been checking the loads on the flight regularly and the loads have been variable from light to heavy. But there has been questions about the flight's sustainability on other forums....

Any updates on how UA IAH-SYD is performing? I know it is being adjusted to 4X weekly for the low season then it goes back to daily in October.

ORD is seeing significant growth as well. UA numbers are way up.

Both hubs are seeing growth, within the next 2 years, they both will get larger.
