Singapore Airlines will increase BNE with an additional 4x weekly services operated by an A359LH from 28 November 2023.

SQ 265 departs SIN T3 0705 and arrives BNE 1655.
SQ 266 departs BNE 1810 and arrives SIN 0015 +1.

What was the point of pursuing this? The US carriers should concentrate their capacity on more friendly markets such as Latin America, Europe, Japan / Korea, Southeast Asia, India, Australia etc...

I would venture to guess that those are the lines 1144 and 1148, respectively just out of the FAL and currently in position 1 of the FAL, rather than any reworked frames, of which three (lines 1000, 1068 and 1080) are earmarked for SQ. From what I've read on this thread, it doesn't look like a good ending then. Government support looks distant and if this is not forthcoming then you're looking at a full re-nationalisation and / or collapse of VN. Not sure how bankruptcy laws work in Vietnam or whether that is even able to be conte...
