From the end of this month, Alitalia drops Istanbul. They were flying once a day lately. I understand the demand to IST is getting lower, but thought they were carrying connecting passengers. From now on we have TK, Pegasus, Atlas and Borajet to Italy.

I've just received an SMS from Onur Air. Apparently they are turning back to scheduled European operations. Daily flights to Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf and 3 weekly to Vienna starting from October 26th.

Is it a new strategy to get back on track? Any news on how they've been doing?
