From a pure avgeek perspective, the Delta A359s are about the only thing that DTW has that I wish BOS did. On the South American front - I see two items that didn't find their way to the OAG thread or airlineroute.

BOS-GRU going to 5 weekly in April and staying that way at least until December 2019.

I see DY BOS-FCO loaded in Amadeus. Looks like a 3/31 start.

4 weekly 1357 Mon/Wed with 4:30 pm arrival and 6:30pm departure and Fri/Sun with 9:00pm arrival and 11:00pm departure.

With all the Euro capacity MIA/FLL has amassed in recent years, it wouldn't be surprising at all to see some carriers downgauge towards smaller efficient longhaulers, to lower costs and maximize yields.
