MYR-BWI will do well (this summer they've added extra frequencies and have been extending the operating season), and I think it's good that they're doing the MCO-MYR as a thru-flight to BWI so they can capture some extra traffic between Orlando and Baltimore as well.

I worked for a US domestic ULCC and, if there was a maintenance issue and we couldn't put you on another airline that same day, you got a hotel and meal vouchers. Odds are the second bag is denied and it's up to the passenger to get it to Key West if they really want it there.
