The worst ever seat pitch I recall was the Atlant Soyuz Il-86. It was absolutely ridiculous, I could only sit there if I put both of my legs towards the neighboring seat. Impossible to sit with the legs straight.
Also most An-24 and An-26 rides were rather tight, also some Tu-154s.

I was referring to the one from the military, it is a DC-8-55F.
TACS has one -73F active, their -62F hasn't flown for over a year.

I think the most important question is when was the last engine shop visit and which shop performed it?
ET may have had nothing to do with this failure, unless there was engine maintenance done by ET itself subsequent to the shop visit.

Are you purposely looking at civil only? There's a bunch of military 727s still active.
In terms of civil 721s, 5Y-CIG should also be active.
