Some Dorniers have them some don´t. And you arm them with the little butten on the central pedestral next to the rudder unlimited swith.
But those ground spoilers are not the roll spoilers. They are independent.
I´m 24 years old and I´m captain on a Dornier 328. I started flying the Dornier at the age of 19!

TO SSTjumbo!!!!!: You don´t fly a jet like: Power = Altitude and Pitch = Speed!!! That thing would end up in an unstabilized approach! One thing to remember in Transport category aircrafts: Pitch = Glide angle to the touch down zone (has to be stabil, only very small corrections) Power = only speed

Anti Ice: To prevent ice build up.
De-Ice: you let build up ice on it and then you remove it by boots or liquid (some small airplanes have that)
