I doubt if they will fly international after 2003. As of merger, they are ordered to reduce international operation from NRT also. I agree about L'espace 180. It's quite bad for 300-based series, as luxurious long ranger. Otherwise it has almost no reason that AF prefers 777 over 340. (Engines? Do they change planes just for engines?)

Boeing767-300: Don't forget SQ gets 340-500s. Not gets rid of.

KrasAir is an abbreviation for Krasnoyarsk Air. It's based in that city. Air Do is for 'Hokkaido International Airlines'.

By the way, both of Delta and Utah Jazz is from the delta of mississippi, now in SLC!

For Narita, if you cannot see any carrier doesn't fly 747 to NRT, that means only one thing: That carrier has NO 747. From T1 you can see 5 NW -200s, and, 7 UA -400s. Of course there will be one or couple of KE -400s.

Followed by Heathrow, New York, Singapore, Hong Kong and Seoul.

Between the Philippines and Korea, PR operates 330 on MNL-ICN and 320 on MNL-PUS. When Cebu pacific comes, it becomes the 1st scheduled route to Korea that is by 757.

You can choose to ride bullet train for 12 hours or domestic 747 just for 2 hours between Tokyo and Sapporo. And more, air fare is not that expensive!! Between Tokyo and Osaka, airplane is the cheapest way (Y7000) if you buy ticket 2 months earlier. By bullet train it costs Y13500 around.

Yoke or sidestick doesn't matter. What a 777 pilot will have difficulty is 340's 4 engines. As you know, 4 engine-system is quite more difficult to operate.

But I agree that if it's on emergency, both of pilots can land the opposite side relatively easily.

Watewate: R. of Korea has been an ICAO member since 1952 and now is one of staff as category 3 nation.

And I would add some more figures:
- KE is the first carrier that purchased Airbus out of Europe.
- KE is or was No.2 operator of 300-600, No.3 of Fokker 100 and will be No.1 of 737-900.
