Sound travels at 343.2 meters per second (1,126 ft/s; 1,236 km/h; 768 mph; 667 kn). Therefore if there is any distance involved the sound will have a delay from what is seen. A good example is lightning and thunder. What you see and hear in the video is just that.

Purely an observation here from visual clues. Looks like there may have been 2 props feathered. The one on the roof and the other under the right horizontal stab. Just an observation of the linked photo of A-1310 but the #3 engine is feathered. Funny this isn't noted in the photo remarks.
