Re: Aerospace Engineering Student looking for internships

Thank you for all of the advice. To the professor and others who suggest research, I have already reached out to several professors. While none of them currently need extra help on their research teams, I plan on staying in touch with them so that I can join a team as soon as a position opens up. I ...

Hi all, I haven't posted in any of the forums in several months. In August I started college at the University of Illinois studying aerospace engineering. I'm taking a CAD class, and for the final project, I have to make a CAD model of any real aircraft I want. I'd like to make a model of a commerci...

At Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico, there are the remains of a B-24 which crashed there in 1942. I think there's a wing left in the side of a mountain. I only suggested 737MAX because the 787 seems too big. Also I wasn't sure if the CEO meant a new build or just new to La Compagnie. If they're buying used I agree it would be a low cycle 767 or 757.

It appears that Boeing has 575 net orders this year, but Airbus has 1,007 net orders...

I know Airbus got the huge Indigo deal, but still, why the massive difference?
