Honest question here, but why did JetBlue agree to the consent decree? After the FIS was shot down, couldn't B6 have just not agreed to the additional fines and forced the city's hand ?

Also, TBIT isn't going to have the check-in counter space for all of these airlines that appear to be moving from T5 to MSC when it opens and AA takes over T5, so T1.5 includes some leaseable ticket counters in addition to the ones that WN has committed to.

There is a lot they can do and they actually are going to destroy the Eagle's nest and move all those operations to a T4/T5. I am sitting here in the ABQ Sunport Observation deck and I am seeing, unless it is a desert mirage, a CS300 across the airfield. Wish I was close enough to get a picture, but it right in between the Cutter facility and the Eclipse hangar. Looks like it is about to leave.

Simple walk. No checkpoints.

The flight usually leaves from D, so from A it is about a 15 minute walk if you use the moving sidewalks.

I have made it from D12 to B12 in under 12 minutes with a pit stop with only a brisk walk and the moving sidewalks. SLC is an easy connecting airport.

Doesn't WN have access to a gate at T2 even with DL moving in for Intl arrivals? There is no secure CBP connector from T1 to T2 in the T1.5 plan (as so much as I read the EIR) - so I assume WN intl arrivals will come into T2 and be towed back to T1 - that frees up a gate need at T1? Assuming Terminal 0 is ever built I think WN would be very interested in funding and operating out of Terminal 0 which would more than make up for the few gates lost in the T1 modernization. I think you're seeing a lot of pre-emptive additions due to the AS/VX merger by both DL and B6. LAX flyers will be happy to have so many airlines looking to fill their airplanes! I think this is more likely due to some extra gate space at LAX for DL. April is right in the middle on the move to T2/3.
