Since this also includes Pilot conflict could we compare this with FlyDubai which had a verbal conflict in the cockpit. The flight I think also plummeted to the ground from a similar height.

My understanding is that even if the folding wingtip failed, it would have no affect on the airplane's ability to stay aloft, correct?
