It's just the way they've been painted, or unpainted. Lufthansa, TAP etc. have their cockpit window frames unpainted, whilst others are painted white or the colour of the fuselage. The same way A350 cockpit windows are black as they are painted black.

And yes it did get fuel whilst it was at LHR, actually after finishing fuelling initially, the hose had to be reconnected to add a bit more fuel.
