in regards to the ATL>HNL nonstop,
the route is 4502 miles, well within the range of the aircraft,
boeing states it's range is 5652nm

CO operates a 764 on their EWR-FCO route which is 4288 miles

is it just due to the crew rests not installed,
if so, why can't they install them ?
