China Postal use Y-8's which are the Chinese version of the <acronym title="Ansett Australia">AN</acronym>-12. I'm not sure if China Xinjing still operate there three <acronym title="Istanbul Airlines (Turkey)">IL</acronym>-86's but if not there are NO MORE russian jets operated by airlines in China.

There are no cheap fares from HKG, cheapest I know is (was) Cebu Pacific to Manila which was about HK$ 999 (thats US$ 128)

Thats the construction number and I would guess its for c/n 536 a Emirates A330-200.

What a way for the 742 to go out of service to Hong Kong !!. The Saturday flight was still there when I laft the airport at mid afternoon on Sunday. When I looked on the airport system there was no departure yesterday or today !!

As for the arrival of the A346 is due in about 90 minutes.

The Varig 743 only had stickers on one side and NEVER flew.
