Ummm, no, the Cabin pressure controller and the outflow valve pressurises the airplane. The Air conditioning pack is an AIR CONDITIONING PACK. Outflow valve open, no cabin pressure.

Jump to postHawk, when you add biobor, your suppost to refuel to a certain level IIRC, ive done it as both routine maintenance and also as a precaution for tank fungus !! found in the fuel filters.
