Can get this close - our upcoming DC8 Cockpit 'Mighty Freight Dog' production has similar footage - the DC8 is following another DC8 at the same distance between Tokyo and Anchorage.

777 - the Emirates BKK to Dubai flights have an excellent load factor - seem always full when I fly.
