If these 24 people were under surveillance since 2005 as reports say, wouldn't they have <b>already been on the "No-Fly" list</b> and never been allowed to board an aircraft? These staff will work under US Employment laws, in fact, California employment laws which are even more protective of employee rights than US law. Won't having California, USA based employees open Cathay Pacific up to enormous litigation risks? I don't think Canadian laws allow such freewheeling law...
