I believe that all NW aircraft are now equiped with the new WBC. Only the DC-10s and B747-200s B747-400s had the old ones, The B744s were upgraded and as for the B747-200s and DC-10s and when they retired so did the old WBC seats.

Most 757-200s are certified for either ETOPS 120 or 180. Not many are certified 138.

I believe that most major carriers certify for ETOPS 180.

The route is possible but, probably not commercially viable.
