I really don’t see CMH-AMS or CDG on DL. That would nicely fill a B757, but DL has pulled all B757 TATL flying this summer and a B767 is way too big.

Umm, there is no Compass GEG base opening anytime soon.
The internet postings are for where interviews are going to be held and to direct people in towns near their bases to become flight attendants.
As far as the AS rumors, they're about as true as Compass starting to do flying for UA.

Great report, the leftover red sticker next to the door of the airplane is a tamper seal. They're put on every door (pax and cargo) when the airplane overnights at an international destination. When they're removed, the red appears. They only to be removed by authorized personnel.

You have to consider that the jet stream sits right in the middle of transatlantic routes this time of year and not in summer.
Also, its a quite time, relatively, to travel, so United will take the diversion.
How are the diversions in the summer?

Republic/Shuttle America will own their birds. There is no leasing agreement with United, its closer to a rental agreement. Shuttle America owns the planes, and provides the flight crew. United provides the seats, interiors, food, drinks, and paints the planes.
This is similar to Skywest.

Tahiti - LA is to Air France what US - Hawaii used to be for the US majors. You would get extra special touches you wouldn't find on any other route.
