Houston has strong Ethiopian population, not as big as LA or NYC, there also other communities such as Sudanese, Somali, Eritrean, and etc. Though Chicago I am sure has also decent size, also so does MSP area.

Yes they are bad, unless you love lack of storage space, okay service, cramped seating. Sitting 2-4-2 on 747 and A380, and 2-3-2 on 787 and 777. Swiss has a 1-2-1 so does AA.

Air Canada does it as well, for IAH, SAT, MSY, and etc. Each city assigned account manager from the contractor, though direct Air Canada manager overseas few cities.

AF still flying the A332 through winter I think last year they flew the 777w. I wonder what happen to those First Class sales now, When the 777 flew they had people booked in first class.

I feel like Lufthansa is stronger in Africa, they fly to some key markets: ABV, LOS, CAI, ALG, TUN, CMN, CPT, JNB, NBO, ADD, and I think ACC.
