Re: Air Canada News and Discussion - 2024

I'm sure it's been happening for a while, but it's a first for me. A rouge aircraft, operating with mainline AC cabin crew. Seems to be a last minute sub, last night was showing a mainline A320. AC404, YYZ-YUL. AC404 on January 18? If so, it's one of the two Rouge A319 (!) that were transferred ove...

Re: Air Canada News and Discussion - 2023

With regards to flight numbers, indeed, there is little one can do to rationally argue passions. For me, it's fin numbers. There are a lot of duplicate AC Express and Mainline fin numbers, and for some reason, it really bugs me when looking at the aircraft movement chart, a tool used to see where al...

Re: Air Canada News And Discussion Thread - 2022

Strangely and interestingly, fin 260 is the only mainline A319 in original config (14Y/109Y) brought back from the dead and operating for mainline right now.
No signs of life for the 2nd cargo 767.
Fin 675 (Rouge colours and config) in YYZ right now on its way to Marana from Shannon.

For those tracking the Cargo 767 movements, it looks like C-FIYE is flying from SNN to YYZ tomorrow as AC2385. Arrival in YYZ sked at 1815 local. This could be the 2nd cargo 767 for AC but I am not sure. Anyone can confirm?

Not sure what it's doing in Shannon, perhaps a final dab of paint? Can't wait to see the scheme!
