BD and EI both used the 2L door for boarding. EI stopped when the galley at doors two was removed and more seats were added from memory.

AA talked about boarding via the 2L door for their 321T service - not sure if that ever went ahead though ?

It really depends on the fare you are ticketed on as to wether you will be provided comp. accomodation (STPC).

Royal Brunei usually offer STPC if there is no connecting flight within six hours (doesnt mean it has to be available though). But if you are one of their discount fares - you get nothing.

Virgin Blue was a 100% owned British Airline up until a while a go. It was allowed to start operations when Australia had its own Budget Carrier.

Virgin have said a number of times that their pacific operation will cut fares but still offer premium services.
