And LX must be the worst on time airline in the world. Out of my last 30 flights all 30 were delayed. :grumpy:

Airbus offered to McD a share in the A340 programm. McD declined they preferred a three engine plane, which ironically was even less efficient at the end.

I don't think it is impossible we might see a A&B joint venture for a specific project sometime.

Just my two cents:

The C-Series will be a excellent plane, however Bombardier has chewed more then it can bite off.

A project of this magnitude with many new technologies(for Bombardier unlike Boeing /Airbus ) is a huge risk.

Only time will tell if the risk will pay off.
