Re: Free Airliner Magazines

Sorry if I wasn't clear that I don't want any money for them. There were 2-3 airliner magazine brands at the time. I'l try and go through them, but it's a bit tough for me these days to do much.

Free Airliner Magazines

As my wife and I prepare for retirement and to sell our home, I'd love to provide a new home for various magazines I haven't looked at in at least...heck... a dozen years? It's various odds and ends from 2000 to 2004-2006'ish. I know in today's world they may be overly redundant, but before just tos...

RE: Regional Airlines Reduce Pilot Minimums

What the hours are is certainly an issue. I've seen many guys who have been instructing for a long time building up hour totals that are, in reality, largely meaningless. Honestly, I've seen very poor decisions and flying in IFR from instructors who are minimally current in IFR operations and have a...

It's the average number of cents paid per mile per passenger.

In other words, if a passenger pays 100 dollars to fly 400 miles, they have a yield of 25 cents/mile.

FWIW, I believe Leonard's trade was a 10b-5 automatic program trade that occurred due to a pre-established formula. My guess is that it's related to the 60 day moving average, but that's entirely a guess.

While the B-70 programme flew two aircraft, there wasn't an SST actually built, or even modeled at scale, I don't believe. The 737 <acronym title="Lauda Air (Austria)">NG</acronym>'s are amazingly efficient aircraft, as are the A320 family.
