Bangladesh Biman has its own catering company, called the BFCC (Biman Flight Catering Centre) in Dhaka.
Thai Airways International also have their own catering company,and so does Saudi Arabian and Emirates (i think).

I think the bird on the tail closely resembles that of the Silkair one (the Silkair one is just bigger, extending over the whole aircraft tail). Overall, definitely not the worst, but not that smart either.
