Tahiti Air-Only Vs Wholesale Pricing Model?

Was looking on Air Tahiti Nui's website for vacation deals and noticed that outside of air-only options, everything was directed to one of the US-based wholesalers (Pleasant Holidays, etc) for followup. Phuket Weather - November

Thinking about heading to Phuket at the end of November, but am a little worried by the forecast.
