Jump to postTNT Airways is/was seperate from TNT. And please somebody correct me if im wrong, but FedEx could not by law buy a european airline so thats how ASL somehow came into the picture.
Jump to postHere it is simplified: TNT big in europe FedEx small in europe, TNT small in USA FedEx big in USA. Good match.

Jump to postI have some experience with nightshots, and nothing beats shooting in RAW. Like others have said a solid tripod is a must especially if its windy. Also a cable or similar release is very useful. As for the in camera settings, i usually boost the aperture to about 16-22 and choose shutter according t...

Jump to postOn my screen it looks as if both pics have to much contrast. Highlites are too bright, almost blown in some places. So in short i think postprocessing killed them, however i bet you can rework and have them accepted.
Jump to postWay to soft and lacks any kind of detail, postprocessed to death IMO.

Jump to postHow shots manipulated with that ammount of Level/Curves ever got in the database is beyond me. I would like to see people try that with a regular takeoff or landingshot.
Jump to postI had the exact same problem with my 100-400, it just wouldn't focus. I didn't get a single sharp photo, even tho the window was clean, without scratches, and the sun was ok. I then switched to my widangle, 17-40, and had no problems at all focusing.

It means that SWE FLY's first 767 is beeing prepared in the US for delivery to Skavsta airport.
"Where on earth is Kalmar?"

I agree with Eduard... stay away from NeatImage as smoothing the image also means removing details and giving the image a very unnatural and unprofessional look, the last IMO ofcourse.

Jump to postOpposite to what Glenn says my experience with the 100-400LIS vs 70-200LIS + 2x is that the 100-400LIS will produce sharper images with slightly better colors and contrast at full zoom.
