Pressurization has an effect too, as well as carbonated drinks, etc. It happens to everyone. I've gotten in the habit of getting up to go to the restroom if I feel the 'need'... I do worry a bit about what 'happens' while I'm sleeping. Fortunately the cabin noise covers the sound.
