Actually Changing is one of the few airports that retags bags. Go to the transfer desk and they might be able to incept your bag and retag it and issue your AY boarding passes. But arriving in to SIN with Scoot I thought we would need to clear immigration to collect our luggage and re-check with AY...

Little hint: To get from Changi airport to downtown Singapore, the MRT Mass Rapid Transit light train is a really nice experience. Hi all, thank you for all the info. Problem is solved and we will just drop off our luggage for a couple of hours as we head in to Singapore before checking in our luggage 3 hours before our flight. Looking forward to my first trip back to Europe post Covid.
