Certainly tow bars etc as well as baggage loaders, however you can bulk load the A320 if you want - Dont need to containerize. JQ definitely do, im not sure about Network, they might actually bulk load theirs? The Network aircraft are bulk loaded, however they retain the CLS from their JST/JSA pasts.

On the powerpushes at Jetstar you'd spool the right engine up prior to brakes release to pressurise the hydraulics for nose wheel steering etc, after brakes release yellow would pressurise green via the PTU. Both engines could be started during a powerpush.
