Is something actually beeing done about the howling issue on A220 and E2s?

As has been discussed in the past, A220s and E-2s emit a very loud howling noise during approach and especially during take-off. Their saftey record speaks for itself. I value proper CRM more than good food and flashy sponsorship deals.
I'm also not sure how their insanely rapid expansion affects safety levels.

Hi all

On my next flight the only window seat available in C is 7A.
It says on Seatguru the seat has a misaligned window. Does that mean there isn't a window at all, or are there two windows of which one is closed?
