I wonder if LO is questioning their decision to join Star with having large LH hubs to compete with? That being said would LO benefit other alliances or benefit themselves, or seek to form alliances on their own. Not sure if AY would want LO in Oneworld or SU in Skyteam so perhaps forming their own ...

I for one was somewhat surprised that Boeing and Mitsubishi did not form agreement in regards to the aviation sector of Mitsubishi businesses based on previous deals between the companies. I would not be surprised if Mitsubishi will be involved with the 797 program if launched.

As much as I would like to see Level acquire 787 aircraft, I believe this is an A330NEO battle to lose. Fleet compatibility with IB will be the deciding consideration unless Airbus is unwilling or unable to make a competitive bid.

Hopefully 2019 the 787 will see a few new airlines which have not ordered it as of now. The LH group for OS the 789 would be a good fit as would the 788. What would the flight time be from BOS-CMN? Guessing around 7 hours which would mean a 2:00PM arrival in CMN. When are their flights to West Africa scheduled to depart? If the connection times were useful CMN might be a way for BOS to reach destinations in Africa more easily.

I wonder if MHT could see Moxy service as a northern alternative to BOS and PVD as a southern alternative? Like WN did before entering the BOS market. MHT has room and decent facilities for additional service.

Last summer DL had the 717 occasionally flying MHT-DTW. I realise DL is also suspending MHT service for the winter. Note I said 2019 wish list. More mainline MHT-DTW service would be more than occasional subs.

I will chime in on my 2019 wish list for MHT. WN restores non stop service MHT-DEN 1 additional daily MDW service or 1 daily MHT-STL and seasonal service MHT-FLL and or MHT-RSW saturday service. With TK issues getting the desired times at EWR would TK management consider starting IST-PHL-IST instead of EWR? Presently the only ME3 carrier at PHL is QR which operates daily.

Is there any chance of AI ordering additional 787'S in the next year, either direct purchase or lease? I think a combination of 789'S and 78J'S would allow AI to reduce their 77W fleet and allow AI to offer the right size of capacity to meet route demands.

I quess I would ask why no one has reported anything to the authorities. Likely they would need open space to conduct their flights from. No body observed anything unusual? Not all that experienced with drone operation capabilities but how close would they have been to LGW to conduct their operations?

I feel the NHL should have expanded to Quebec City or move one of their under performing franchises before adding an untested market. The NBA would be a better add for Seattle in my honest opinion.
