Musharraf has never used the Pakistan airforce B707 for any visits. The 707 how ever did fly to the US some years back carrying millitary hardware.

For security reasons only BEU is used for Presidential flights. All state visit schedules are planned and forwarded to PIA by the Ministry of Defence atleast a Month in advance. PIA then plans the schedule accordingly. This also requires making available 2 instructor/VVIP rated Captains for the trip...

Air Universal is black listed due to non-compliance of Sierra Leone CAA. All Airlines with Sierra Leone AOC are on the EU black list. A switch to Cyprus will make it a welcome visitor.

Yes it has, Indian Civil Aviation authority due to the shortage of pilots in the local market has upped the age from 62 to 65. Many senior B747-400 Captains in AI have been recalled, saving the airline from hiring expensive expats.
