I've seen huge queues at SVO passport control; these can be skipped if you're a ST E+.... Otherwise, not much of a problem @ SVO. The airport is decent.

The airline is solid IMO. Except they change plane type a lot.

I think Norwegian only accepts debit or credit cards for on-board purchases, and I believe everything (including water) needs to be paid for.

I am pretty sure I didn't have any plastic at 12, so keep that in mind.

That said, they won't feel much different than current aircraft. Same terrible 3-3 configuration short haul and 3-X-3 long haul.
