Remember the last time Houston hosted the Super Bowl in 2004 (also NE Patriots) Hobby was buzzing the Sunday morning of the game. Two or three chartered 727s landed in succession. A few British spotters were logging tail numbers as well.

Not sure why 2x weekly to AUS. Seems a little strange for a business destination. According to faremeasure.com, 457 people travel to AUS from IND daily. That route needs daily at minimum. Maybe 2x daily M-F. A morning and evening flight. I just looked at faremeasure.com and it shows (when it works)...

Probably earlier than the late 70s. United DC-10 is in the pre-red, orange and blue scheme. Is that a TWA 727 to the left...looks to be in twin globes livery. Probably 1975 or so like mentioned previously.
