While not operating all four - Mihin Lanka is probably the smallest sized airline to operate the most number of Airbus narrow-body subtypes. It has a fleet of four currently - comprising of one A319, one A320, and two A321s.

If you're referring to Yield per RPK, generally the currency impact is not considered. There should be a seperate item reported as Currency Gain/(Loss), but this is generally minor and would not have a considerable impact on the revenue.
