Yes, I confirmed with an airport staffer that you can go to the Escape Lounge when flying airlines in A or C; but one would have to do security twice and allocate the right amount of time for transit & screening.

Yesterday, I flew CMH-YYZ on Air Canada Express and had a chance to visit the Escape Lounge. It is bright, clean and has outstanding views to the East and the deicing pad. The lounge is small, but it was not crowded for me. There are no bathrooms, but they are literally right next door. The drink se...

Re: CDC mask mandate for travelers struck down by federal judge

I initially thought they'd not be able to turn this so quickly, was surprised! To be fair, the airlines should have had "messaging" ready should the mandate indeed have expired; so in fact it is good to see them pivot. What is good is that the airlines are consistent on this across them. M...

The airlines can in no way operationally respond to same day news of this type, I think this is why the 3-May extension lines up. So that airlines can update their procedures, signage, etc. as well as facilities. I think there will be a change in policy soon.

Re: Delta orders 10 A330-900 neo's, defers 10 A350-900's

I am fine if they defer the A350s, I'm generally not impressed (only flew once). I'm much more apt to enjoy an A330. I need to try the 777 in the new cabin config. I will say, my big issue is that DL (while I love them) charges a ridiculous amount of SkyMiles to fly the A350. Take a market like ICN ...

Given WOW's aggressive growth, which I applaud (They have brought great options to many cities near me, I'll forgive them for overlooking CMH as the facilities aren't up to par) their growth - it's not surprising that some routes wont' work out or would be cut.
