Napalm

Does the US or any other country still use napalm bombs? I know the US Navy used them in Desert Storm, but I haven't heard anything about these weapons since.

I belive that the last US napalm bomb was shipped off to be destroyed a few months ago. They had been trying to do that for years.

They where stored at a depot near San Diego for years. The eviromental wackos where raising caine about the disposition of these weapons. So a powerplant in Texas was built and it was designed to use the napalm as fuel. The Navy began to remove the bombs for transport to Texas when another group of enviornmental wackos sued the government claiming that they where harming some endangered rat by moving the bombs. Apparently they had decided to make their little homes in the crates that held the weapons.

Ah, the beauty of the treehuggers  Smile/happy/getting dizzy
They are doing the same here with nuclear fuel. First protest against the powerplant, then protest the removal of nuclear material from the site once they have gotten the plant closed.
When the material is not removed, they then protest the storage of nuclear material at the site of course...

That sad part about that is that it is the truth.
