Usaf MC-130 Crash

Thu Feb 14, 2002 7:30 am

The USAF is reporting that on 2-13-02 a MC-130P crashed in a remorte area of Afghanistan. (Is there any other type of area there?) 8 crewmembers were injured, all non life threatening injuries. Early reports say this was not caused by enemy action.

According to FOX News, the damaged MC-130 was deliberately destroyed by US forces to prevent the any surviving Taliban forces from getting their hands on some sensitive equipment.
