What Type Of C-130 Is This?

Although a-net is the best there is in terms of pictures, I sometimes venture onto the sites of "competitors" to see how they stack up. While doing a search for military planes on, I came across a picture labeled as a KC-130. I corrected it, and listed it as a MC-130 or EC-130. It is now listed as an MC-130, but it still doesn't look like any MC-130 I've ever seen. The link is

Looks more like a MC-130E?

Although the MC-130H was actually based at Mildenhall...

It is a MC-130H USAF serial 88-0194 c/n 5133 belonging to 7th SOS.
