Singapore's Fighter Selection Questions

Wed Feb 11, 2004 11:31 am

When will Singapore pick the winning aircraft for replacing its ageing A-4 Skyhawk fleet? Is there a front runner currently? I know that the field consists of the F-15E, Typhoon and Eurofighter.

Typhoon and Eurofighter are the same. Infact, its the Eurofighter Typhoon.
Ermm...its all hush-hush about the a/c replacements, but i'd say watch out for Asian Aerospace 2004, they may finalize the results then. That means by this month.
No real front runners, or none that they are talking about.
Just wait and see!
Now you're really flying

I apologize, it is indeed the F-15E, Typhoon and Rafaele.
