Who Has Seen The Real Super Hornet Demo?

Thu Mar 11, 2004 3:18 am

I am not talking about the regular Super Hornet pilots from the fleet. I am talking about the team that specifically flies the aircraft at airshows.

I have seen the regular fleet pilots doing a demo, but, not the real demo team. All I have to say is wow. All this aircraft is missing is stealth technology, and I wouldn't be surprised if they make a version somewhere down the line with it.

And if that's not enough, how about the same demo with a full load of ordnance.

Some more videos. I had the great pleasure to work with the Super Hornet Carrier Suitability program at Patuxent River from 1998-2001. F/1, F/2, E/1,E/2,E/3,E/4,E/5, and E/6. I actually worked at the catapult and arresting gear portion.

its has some stealth in it just not to the degree of the F-22 or the F-35 but stealthier than the F-14 and the older F-18's.
