Royal Danish Air Force At MDW

Tue Aug 17, 2004 12:16 pm

Last night , the Royal Danish Air Force landed a C-130 at MDW. They parked at Millionaire for a few hours. I got to check out the inside of it. It was brand new, only 6 months old. Six bladed props on a C-130 was a new one for me. They were flying LAS to St. Johns and stopped for fuel. It was an impressive sight.

Hey UAL Bagsmasher,

That is awesome. They are one of the new we have got. We have ordered 3 new C-130. And AFAIk we have got all 3 of them already. I hope you got some nice pictures of it. It's an awesom aircraft IMO.

Thanks for the info guys! Sadly, I didn't have my camera as I was at work at the time. Although I did manage to "get away" for a few mintues to go look at it. Big grin

yeah too bad for me, I could have drove over there to see it land. Really neat for MDW, I'll tell the MDW group later.
