Boeing E4-B Product Support Integrator Contract...

I have to ask a dumb question though, does this mean that the E-4B's are getting all it's electronic systems upgraded?
I'm not a real aeronautical engineer, I just play one on

I believe this is all of the "mission" electronics and communications capability. I don't think it upgrades the cockpit avionics. This could be the long awaited E-4C upgrade.
