Hello there, it is good to hear that you are particapting in CAP. I'm a 2nd Lt in a NJ
squadron. I've also had the opportunity for several interviews with Active Duty Majors and Colonels when I applied to the USAF
for a pilot slot. Dress conservatively if you are not wearing your uniform. Yes sir, no sir, yes mam, no mam. Be yourself but don't be to "slack". Do not use slang etc. They understand that you are young and will not be looking to grill you or put you under pressure. The best example I can give you is behave how your parents always wanted you too!
More than likely they are looking for someone who is motivated, excited and understands the responsiblity that comes with flying an aircraft. If you have any other questions or want more of an explanation post away.
